|Welcome to Tropical Nights!|
Tropical Nights will take place on Saturday, May 9th 2015, at the InterContinental Miami. This year Miami School Board Member, Raquel Regalado, will receive the Cruz-Whitehurst Advocacy Award and Superintendent of Miami Dade Schools Alberto Carvalho will receive the CARD Community Leadership Award. Our featured artist is 11 year old Bruno Page, our youngest artist to date. Bruno is a creative young man who is passionate about art and science. He generates innovative ideas and enjoys watching them come to life. He is a 6th grade student who has a big heart and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Our mission is all about "You + I" and what we as families, friends and community partners can accomplish together to make our community a better, more inclusive place for people affected by autism and related disabilities. Today, CARD serves over 8,000 families registered in Miami-Dade, Monroe and Broward Counties. Last year alone, over 800 new families came to CARD for help.
We hope you will help us in our efforts to continue to support and expand our valuable services and programs. Join us for a spectacular tropical-themed evening and dance the night away while we raise money for CARD and increase Autism Awareness!
